2Ph Large 2Brm 3 bath AC private terrace apt Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to 2Ph Large 2Brm 3 bath AC private terrace apt, you immediately sense you’ve found something special in Mexico City’s historic center. This four-star property sits right on 5 de Febrero, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better — I mean, you’re literally in the heart of everything that makes this city pulse. The building has that classic Mexico City charm, but what really caught my attention was how quiet it feels once you step inside, despite being surrounded by all the urban energy.

The Space That Delivers

The apartment itself is genuinely spacious, which is no small feat in this part of the city. You’ve got two proper bedrooms and three full bathrooms — and trust me, having that extra bathroom makes all the difference when you’re traveling with friends or family. The air conditioning works beautifully (something you’ll definitely appreciate during those warm Mexico City afternoons), but what really sets this place apart is that private terrace. It’s actually a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, giving you this nice buffer from the street below while still keeping you connected to the neighborhood’s rhythm.

Location Magic

Here’s what I love about staying right here — you’re walking distance from the Zócalo, but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos every time you step outside. The street has this authentic local feel during the day, with neighborhood cafés and small shops that most visitors never discover. Couples seem to really get this location (and honestly, I can see why), because you can easily slip away for romantic dinners in nearby Roma Norte or just wander the historic streets without feeling like you need to plan every move. The metro connections are solid too, so getting around the broader city is actually pretty straightforward.

Neighborhood Rhythms

What strikes me about this area is how it shifts throughout the day — mornings have this calm, residential vibe where you’ll see locals heading to work and kids walking to school. By evening, the nearby restaurants and cantinas come alive, but it never gets overwhelming or touristy. There’s a great taco place about two blocks away that I stumbled upon (the kind where you know it’s good because there’s always a line of locals), and several coffee shops that actually understand how to make a proper cup. You know what’s nice? You can grab groceries easily and actually cook in the apartment if you want a quiet night in.

Why Guests Love It

The perfect rating really makes sense once you experience how everything just works here. The space gives you room to breathe, the location puts you right where you want to be without the noise and crowds, and that terrace becomes your little sanctuary in the middle of this massive city. It’s the kind of place where you can live like a local for a few days rather than just passing through as a tourist. For couples especially, there’s something really appealing about having your own private space with that outdoor area — it creates these perfect moments between exploring the city’s incredible food scene and cultural sites.

To book hotel in Mexico for Día de los Muertos parades, travelers secure rooms months ahead to pair plaza vigils with dawn churros.

  • Raquel from Spain – 5 March 2025 (10/10)

El alojamiento es tal y como en las fotos, limpio y muy completo. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, perfecto para ir en grupo

    What could be improved: Nada

  • Fernando from Mexico – 25 January 2025 (9/10)

  • Lilia from Mexico – 8 December 2024 (10/10)

  • Said from Mexico – 31 October 2024 (10/10)

    Es muy codo y amplio

What could be improved: Que no cuenta con estacionamiento

  • Rachel from France – 30 October 2024 (8/10)

Logement spacieux, très belle vue, très bien placé, belle décoration

What could be improved: Un peu bruyant

  • Mariana from Mexico – 8 May 2024 (10/10)

    La vista excelente

What could be improved: Los vecinos de alado tuvieron fiesta casi todas las noches
