  Great location and Apartment was clean.
  
  What could be improved: Limited quantities of basic stuff like toilet rolls, kitchen towels, bath towels. Extra charges for everything does not make sense at these price points and esp noting the fact that these things don't cost much anyway in Mexico City but can be inconvenient for Americans. Something basic such as a room heater was missing and we were told to pay extra to get a heater. Beds were small. Two people cannot sleep on a double size bed. There was enough space in apartment to keep two queen beds.

  The flat is nice and clean, beds are comfortable and it’s got everything you need for a short stay. Very easy to check in, staff very friendly and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.
  
  What could be improved: It’s on a very noisy road, but there are double glazed windows that massively reduce the noise, so it’s not a big deal.

  Location is great, very safe and central, one big bedroom, lovely balcony, with en-suite bathroom. No A/C but fans provided.

  Impossible to regulate the water in both showers: scorching hot or cold then lukewarm

  The location was centrally located to all of the activities we had in town. Condesa is also filled with trees and parks, which gives it such a beautiful neighborhood feel in a big city. Everyone at the building was friendly, and the apartment was modern, comfortable and had great views!
  
  What could be improved: Even though we used the blackout curtains and the fans, the bedrooms received direct sunlight and became quite warm early in the morning. It was difficult to sleep in and do anything in the apartment after mid-morning. We would have preferred to have some sort of temperature control of the apartment. The pool was also closed during our stay and we weren't able to use it.
