  We loved staying in the master apartment. It was beautiful, clean, cosy, conveniently located and had very comfortable beds. Plus it was well- equipped with all the things we needed.
  
  The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I especially want to thank Emiliano for the great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants.
  
  I really wasn’t sure to expect when I booked the apartment, but I can honestly say it superseded my expectations.
  
  Winning points-
  
  1) Safe area and security at the door
  2) Respectful and helpful staff
  3) Extremely clean and comfortable
  4) Great location- easy to get around
  5) It was just perfect on many levels
  
  What could be improved: Just a very minor first world ‘would have liked’- a hotter shower, as it seemed to cool down a little in the evening.

  Nice rooms with good size balcony. Convenient 5 min walk to Polanco. Nice staff and common areas. Good wifi.
  
  What could be improved: Smallish bathroom. Low pressure shower head. No aircon. Proximity to highway means poor air quality negating use of balcony.
