  Amazing location and a great value. The staff were so kind and helpful, I would absolutely stay here on a future trip.
  
  What could be improved: We ran out of some supplies (tissues, toilet paper) and it took a little time to get them replaced, but otherwise staff was very helpful and accommodating.

  Second time we stay at this hotel as a family. Its location is unbeatable, the spaces are large and its service is great. We will def be back here if we visit CDMX again.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really, I did not try the gym or other amenities but wasn't planning on that anyways. They have a parking as well that we didn't try.

  We had a great experience staying at AR218. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the staff very kind and attentive. The location is very safe and lively with many nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would definitely visit again!

  The hotel is well located within walking distance to many restaurants and stores in Condesa. The room has good space, clean, comfortable and completely sound proof. The gentleman at the front desk is helpful.

  Very comfortable two room apartment. All windows on one side that made the apartment very bright, but also had blackout curtains. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a nice little couch that was comfortable to sit on during the day.
  The fifth floor terrace had a nice sitting area outside.
  
  What could be improved: The outside terrace had multiple couches but all need clean cushions.
