Reviews of Brick Hotel Mexico City – Small Luxury Hotels of the World
Callanan from Ireland – 16 April 2025 (9/10)
The staff make this hotel an excellent place to stay. The rooms are small (beds are double rather than king) and lack outside windows ( which eliminates street noise). Breakfast was great, dinner was only OK. Very close to multiple high quality restaurants, vintage clothes shops and souvenir shops
Jean-marie from Guatemala – 1 April 2025 (7/10)
The location is amazing and the staff is really one do a kind. The hotel is beautiful
But I stayed in the deluxe room 105 facing the street but it was really impossible to sleep as it was really noisy ( and it was a Sunday !!) a few things didn’t work properly and I couldn’t even charge my phone for example….Nicki from United States – 22 February 2025 (9/10)
Location is perfect for exploring Roma Norte. The top floor suite with a bath mezzanine was delightful. Bed was super-comfortable, shower had good pressure, bathroom amenities were sumptuous.
What could be improved: By the third day, breakfast service was starting to unravel a bit (busy weekend?), housekeeping would sometimes be late in the day, common areas/hallways could use a good vacuum…Justin from United Kingdom – 4 November 2024 (9/10)

I’ve stayed here three times now. The staff always go above and beyond to help us with our stay. Gabriella at the front desk Concierge helped us with advice on where to go to, store our luggage and any other help we needed. They upgraded us to a better room too since they had the availability.
What could be improved: Nothing. It’s perfect.Rafael from Mexico – 7 May 2024 (9/10)

Our room was great, spacious and had a good amount of storage and room. The lobby and bar area were comfortable. The service was fantastic. All of the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful.
What could be improved: The hotel is pricey for CDMX. It is a splurge but the location and hospitality make it worth it. Just make sure you get a room with a window.Patrick from Mexico – 15 December 2023 (9/10)
Outstanding. Excellent service.
What could be improved: Nothing could have been better.
