  Rooms were clean and nicely furnished
  
  What could be improved: The lift was working and evidently hadn’t been for a while , judging by the reviews. The restaurant was on the 7th floor so getting up there via the stairs was a challenge! We hadn’t been warned before we arrived either so it was a good job we didn’t have health issues that would have caused a problem with all the stairs to the rooms.

  What could be improved: The inconvenience of not being able to available to use the elevator and that you have to leave a deposit of $500.00 pesos in order to get a remote control to use the air conditioner this idea it not make any sense 👎

  At the time of writing, the hotel is undergoing renovation and therefore a little messy. The result of the renovation is beautiful and renovated rooms appear as sparkling new. The hotel has a nice little restaurant with a view of the city and where some dishes are even free. The staff is very helpful and always in a good mood

  What could be improved: Our room 112 is next to the elevator and stairs. One can hear people coming and going and talking early in the morning and late at night. It’s a great place to stay. I would request a room away from the stairs and elevator next time.
