Reviews of Capitalia – Apartments – Centro Histórico
Zahra from Canada – 19 May 2025 (7/10)
Good location and clean. As pictured
What could be improved: Water went out for a whole day while we had food poisoning? Hot water would also run outPatrick from Australia – 15 May 2025 (7/10)
What could be improved: Too many mosquitoes and no air conditioning
Ricardo from United States – 24 March 2025 (9/10)
It is a nice apartment located at city center, very convenient. Looks safe and it was very clean. Easy access using a code and the host answered me immediately when we needed him. I really recommend it
What could be improved: I would appreciate if there's an additional fan to keep the apartment cooler. But not big deal.Wilfredo from Puerto Rico – 13 June 2024 (9/10)
The apartment is very well located in the city center. Walking distance to many point of interest in the city. There is 24/7 friendly security at the lobby. Apartment is HUGE and very modern. Looks newly renovated with Samsung appliances. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is nice and shower is big enough. Big closet full of hangers, dinner table and work desk. There is no sound at the apartment Floor 2. That street is not noisy. Totally recommended. Great value for money/facilities.
What could be improved: The view! Whole wall is glass and the neighborhood in the back is not pretty. I closed the curtains all my 10 day stay. Lack or air conditioning. I had to open the windows but there is a lot of mosquitoes in CDMX.Licenne from Aruba – 31 May 2024 (8/10)
Very nice and modern room. It has all the facilities and amenities you need. Bed was comfy and we had a fan.
Location is excellent and in a safe area. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Close to the Alameda Park and Museum of Bellas Artes.
The two security officers were very friendly and helpful.
Totally recommended, and we would go back for sure.
What could be improved: They need to do something about the mosquitos. Also, when we asked for extra toiletries through the general whatsapp, we never got a reply and we had to buy our own.Ulises from United States – 24 April 2024 (8/10)
The location, the friendly and highly competent staff. Comfortable bed.
What could be improved: The electric range didn’t work I had to microwave my meals.Lurdes from Canada – 14 March 2024 (9/10)
Good communication
What could be improved: The shower was not reliable. Sometimes we only had cold water. Other times the warm water would run out too soon. This is our only complaint.Stephanie from United States – 17 January 2024 (9/10)
Excellent new everything! comfortable bed(queen), kitchen and bathroom.Outstanding location!!! Great security with the safe in the room, and most of all, the 2 fantastic 24 hour desk people, Victor and Rolando, who helped immediately with some minor issues.
What could be improved: A bit noisy at nightSally from Canada – 30 November 2023 (9/10)
Room exactly as described and pictured.
What could be improved: No instructions in English for streaming on Tv. All tvs in each room has the same name, I and everyone else tried to stream.Yuri from Mexico – 17 November 2023 (9/10)
Great location! The staff was really nice and helpful. The apartment was super spacious, with a beautiful view and with a lot of extras that we weren’t expecting (such as a delicious bottle of Gin). The bed is really comfortable and the shower was amazing too!!
What could be improved: It was really warm, although we had a small electric fan in the room, this wasn’t enough to cool it down. We were sweating a lot and had to leave the window opened at night cause it was really hot. I suggest you put air consitioning, because outside the weather was cool and nice (even raining) but inside it was quite suffocating.
