  Lovely rooftop breakfast, excellent location, attentive staff, clean, spacious room
  
  What could be improved: the interior noise from the central stairwell was surprisingly loud, but turning the room fan on muted it, so it was fine

  Kitchenette area plus bedroom with shower that had strong, hot water. Very friendly staff and 24 hour door man at the property who was always friendly. Area was close to many spots we wanted to explore in Condesa, Roma, Parque Mexico, Juarez, Chipultec etc with great access to cafes, street food, fine dining, and bars. Would definitely go back. Nice rooftop terrace to read and relax also.

  Beautiful location, lovely room, extremely clean, and great staff!
  
  What could be improved: The room can get a bit warm and stuffy. There is no air conditioning and the windows went to a courtyard with little to no breeze.

  Breakfast was an excellent selection of fruit, yogurt, bread, tea and coffee on a lovely rooftop. The bed was very comfortable and the staff kind and helpful.

  Perfect location for exploring Condesa – there’s lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby. Also only a short walk to the metro when you want to go to other areas. Beds were comfy and staff was very helpful. It would have been nice if they refilled the small water bottles daily but that’s an extra charge.
  Warm breakfast is extra as well and it’s not cheap even though quality is not that great. I would rather go to the nice cafes nearby next time.

  Location, room setup, beds, and staff were all excellent. Tons of great restaurants nearby. We loved the upper hangout and breakfast deck. The prepared/cooked breakfast was very good.
  
  What could be improved: The continental breakfast was okay – fruit and yogurt options were good but better oatmeal and baked goods would be nice. And a cheaper option to just add an egg or simple hot breakfast add on would be nice.
