  My stay was great. I enjoyed my time. It was very convenient.
  On my check out day my flight was late evening. But they let me leave my luggage and I came back later but it was still early so I waited in the lobby before it was time to leave to the airport. It was very nice.

  Very lovely staff! Hotel was beautiful, especially the bathroom quite spacious. We didn't use the breakfast offer as we went out for meals in general (Mexico City has the best food anyway).
  
  What could be improved: We have found the price a bit high as the hotel is quite small and there is not a lobby or place to can hang out. It's ideal if you just want to use the hotel to sleep and shower basically. Location was alright, the hotel is located in a residential area and therefore quiet, but we still had to take a taxi to get out of the area as there is not much around except for if you go to Polanco but even then it is about a 45 min walk to get to the main road with restaurants etc there

  Beautiful room and bathroom. Friendly staff and very clean. Snacks available and they even brought us vegan snacks. Felt safe and quiet.
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom design meant water from the shower got everywhere. Breakfast is good but you can’t request- they just bring whatever they cook. Location was in between a lot but not necessarily close to things. Expensive for what it is.

  The room was beautiful. You could tell the owner thought about the customer’s needs throughout. Great space.
  The staff were great, and attentive. I am grateful for the staff who allowed to keep my luggage in storage before I headed to the airport.
