  The property was a great location. We stayed in the room with an AC and a small balcony. The bed was quite comfortable. It had a very large closet and more than ample space in the bathroom. We enjoyed that the room also included a sofa and chair. There was a central area that had wine glasses, small fridge, coffee maker etc that was nice as an additional space to be in. It also had a water filter faucet so that you could refill water bottles. The property is above a couple of restaurants and we enjoyed the music/city noise with our balcony door open. We couldn’t hear anything when the door was closed. There is a Walmart express about a 10 minute walk away and a smaller convenience store right around the corner. Also the team that runs the property is very responsive and helpful. There is not someone permanently at a desk, but the team is very available via booking.com messages or via direct phone message.

  Fantastic location – easy walk to many restaurants and attractions. Very spacious rooms and super comfortable bed.
  
  What could be improved: Stayed on the first floor and the music from the bar downstairs was loud. We would hear EDM as if we were at the bar. Music would stop promptly at midnight. This was stated in the hotel overview but we weren't clear which room we had booked via booking.com.

  I loved the location/street, the building and the design of the rooms/facilities. I like that it feels private, quaint and has the feel of a boutique hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The foyer of the hotel was a bit dark/underwhelming. Also, didn’t expect that there was no breakfast service.

  Rocio has made this lovely place a home away from home. Her friendliness and that of her staff made us want for nothing . The location is perfect in a quiet side street close by shops and restaurants .

  Everything was perfect. Maybe the rooms need a little refresh, but it was really good all in.

  The property was in the perfect location next to a bunch of amazing restaurants and in a very fun and safe neighborhood. We felt completely at home here. The building and rooms itself were also great and very nice.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we didn’t love was the property didn’t have an elevator because it’s a historical building and we were on the 5th floor(top) so we had to climb those multiple times a day. We didn’t really mind it and laughed at ourselves struggling to do so. But it was a nice little workout for us each day.

  We stayed in the penthouse studio, which had everything we needed in order to be comfortable for the week. It is up several flights of stairs, but Luis carried our bags up for us. He was also very helpful in getting us anything we needed. We made use of the common area for making light breakfasts and sitting on the lovely terrace. The location was excellent. I would recommend Casa Mannach.
