  The view was amazing, had everything needed, nice kitchen, bathrooms were big and spacious, bed was comfy.
  
  What could be improved: There were a lot of sewage mosquitoes and the fridge was not cleaned before my arrival.

  The apartment was well-located, clean and comfortable. I would stay one more time in that apartment.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn't use the facilities for children and that was the purpose of being in a complex like Miyana, and also you need to remember every time to the parking security who you are, I think they should keep a register of the plates and the last names of the main contact to make it more smooth.

  Location. Great apartment and a good building with amenities such as pool, playing zone, etc. Direct access to the Miyana mall
  
  What could be improved: I was disappointed with the access to the building: when walking in, it is a lo g walk and 2 elevators to reach the property (5min). When driving in , I didn’t receive any tag for the car, so always needed to expend 15 minutes explaining to the guards that I was staying there and waiting for authorizations.
  But most disappointed was that badges to access the building were disabled before checkout so when I wanted to enter the building on the morning before checkout, it was not allowed, so we spend more than 45 minutes trying to solve the problem with kids crying and the rush to go the airport. That was a really disappointing moment

  Pool, gym, attached to a mall with restaurants and a big supermarket downstairs.
  
  What could be improved: Check in was a little difficult as I was given the wrong code to get in the door and they don’t issue you a card to get in and out of the building so you constantly have to check in and out and ask staff or front desk to accompany you to the doors to give you access through them is was annoying.

  Love the location and apartment was very cozy and clean! Amazing windows view!
  
  What could be improved: No AC in the apartment, only fans. It was hard to get the security card for the main door entrance. The security guard couldn't find my name on a list for 15 min. It's a bit unclear your automatic emails responses and cased a bit of confusing. What ever emails I sent it seemed like you didn't receive it. It's hard to communicate that way. We didn't find the card to the main entrance in the room and no one could help us even booking .com customer service. It would be nice if you could provide at least one person phone number to communicate with incase of emergency.
