  How helpful was the staff. They’re incredible and lovely.
  
  What could be improved: The property I’ve booked didn’t have a.c and as there were big windows the space was so hot. I asked if anything could be done ans the staff suggested me to move to another building. It was a perfect resolution. I really recommend Kukun.

  The staff is really nice and friendly. The main issue is the noise. It’s really noisy so you don’t sleep well and you woke up during the night.

  It’s a gorgeous property. Well stocked for the size, had everything we needed to use in the kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: It would be nice is the noice was a bit more insulated or the ear buds provided were more comfortable. And AC unit would be really nice as well as it was pretty hot while we were there

  Great location, felt like an apartment with kitchenette and laundry on every floor for free, rooftop was great
  
  What could be improved: Like the other reviews say, the room was piping hot. I was on the 6th floor and the rooms simply don’t get much ventilation with tiny tiny windows despite floor to ceiling windows.

  Great location close to Condesa and Roma Norte. Perfect to walk to any spot in those two neighborhoods. The apartment has a great layout and the kitchen has everything one needs. Bed is comfortable and staff very friendly. Also, it has enough washers in the building to do laundry.
  
  What could be improved: Having stayed during a particular hot period in Mexico city, the apartment can get very hot due to its huge glass windows. Normally not a problem in CDMX but beware of it in case you visit during another heat wave (the fan that was provided was very nice and it tried very hard to fight the 32 degrees that we had inside the apartment). Also, in case you need full dark to sleep this might not be an ideal option since it gets pretty bright in the morning despite the thick curtains it has.
