  The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. I loved having a kitchen to make breakfast and light meals. I was happy it had a blender for morning smoothies. Location was great within walking distance to many restaurants and beautiful parks.
  
  What could be improved: I wish there would have been a few more garbage bags as the kitchen garbage filled up quick and I had no replacement bags. The staff brought some the next day along with an iron and ironing board that was also missing.

  The space is very roomy. The kitchen supplies are great. Having a pitcher of water on arrival was helpful. The location is also wonderful. It was also super clean, and I felt very safe.
  
  What could be improved: There were no coverings on the windows of the kitchen and living room. It would have been nice to not have the neighbors looking through the kitchen and living room windows.

  The property is in a very good location near Metro Patriotismo. Tons of cafes, bars and convenience stores in a two block radius. The building itself is very new and well maintained. I would say that my apartment definitely reflected what you see in the photos. No issues with hot water here. There is a laundry mat in the basement of the building with two washers/dryers that you share with the rest of the building.
  
  What could be improved: The support staff for this property is a bit lacking. There's a guy named Carlos and he does respond via Whatsapp but if you have a very urgent issue I am not sure how quickly someone would get to it. E.g. I had an issue with wifi when I first arrived (it wasn't working, no internet access) and I messaged both the property company and Carlos. Property company told me to check with Carlos. Carlos said he checked with billing and it should be on, but the real issue was a cable was disconnected (prior disgruntled guest?). If he had came to actually check, it would have been fixed in literally a minute. However he basically dropped off and I had to fix it myself. If someone wasn't as tech savvy, they might have been waiting quite awhile to have this issue resolved.
  
  The building is also a block away from a major street/throughway. It can be a bit loud in the mornings when trucks start to hit the streets. If you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. There is also no AC here which I didn't really need, but for those who really need AC, this isn't the building for you.
  
  The stove they have here is pretty much worthless. It's an electric stove that can do some light cooking like eggs for breakfast. I tried to make a pasta dish and it literally took like 20 minutes for just the water to boil. Even making instant ramen was a struggle as the water would lose temperature and fail to return to boil quickly enough. It's a combination of the stove being too small and too weak. Do not try to attempt any serious cooking here.
  
  The laundry mat only had certain hours open ("closed" past 8 pm) but I ignored it as I really needed to dry my clothing and there was someone else using the only working dryer.

  The studio is a perfect size for either a solo traveller or couple and the building is located in a great area. The apartment has all the basics for a short stay and is within walking distance from many great restaurants and cafes.
  
  What could be improved: It would have been nice to have some seats and a little table on the balcony as the pictures show and I think it would be really good if there were seats or something on the roof terrace area.

  Great location! The staff respond very quickly via Booking.com. The apartment was clean and convenient. It felt like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting CDMX.
