  Air conditioning worked very well
  
  What could be improved: Towels were clean but old, looked worn out . I recommend updating the towels.
  Complimentary breakfast was removed quickly at 9:30 over the weekend, when most hotels have it until 11:00. It’s obvious they want people to order from the paid breakfast menu. Coffee machine was broken most of the time.

  What could be improved: The payment was an issue as I had assumed it would be contact les and I had to pay at the door, they should have taken the card that I had in booking, much easier for customers. What if I didn’t have money at hand!!!!

  What could be improved: I was not informed that breakfast ends at 09:00. I arrived at 08:55 and hardly had time to take some coffee and bread.
  At check-in, I was given my key, got to my room and key did not work. I had to go downstairs to "activate" it.
  The food was immediately withdrawn at 09:00.
  Coffee machine is extremely slow. You should have a faster way to supply coffee.
