Outstanding service and staff. Beautiful Boho design

Great location, beautiful spacious room. Extremely attentive staff and exquisite breakfasts from the local bakery, Rosetta.
What could be improved: Not much in the way of views from the rooms, but I think that’s typical for the area of Roma Norte.Arlene from United States – 28 March 2025 (10/10)
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is on a beautiful street, close to numerous restaurants, bars and taco stands. Also an easy location to get to other parts of the city, such as Condesa, Chapultepec or the historic district on foot, Uber, or bicycle (Ecobici station across the street). The staff is top notch and is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are amazing, so great to be able to walk past the huge line at Panaderia Rosetta every day. It’s a lively neighborhood, but it’s incredibly quiet once you’re inside.
The only annoying things were the $45 daily charge added to the room rate as well as coffee (other than one cup with breakfast) being an additional charge. Kind of made me go from feeling pampered to ripped off.Filipa from United States – 22 March 2025 (9/10)
Amazing service and great team. Adriana was super welcoming and helped us out with restaurant reservations. Breakfast service was divine. Beautiful spacious rooms with everything you need. Easy to get around. It’s a great spot to stay in the city.
What could be improved: Not really a complaint, but wish our room had views. It faced the patio wall, which blocked sunlight, despite the beautiful big windows and lovely patio.Sarah from United Kingdom – 31 January 2025 (10/10)
A very special & unique hotel. Beautiful surroundings & top class service in a brilliant location. Loved the WhatsApp service & coffees being brought to your room in the morning. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in & there were many lovely touches and details throughout our stay – turn down gifts, lovely toiletries, an honesty bar & a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon.

This is such an excellent boutique hotel. The experience feels very personal and the staff are incredibly welcoming.
We felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. A highlight was a surprise walking tour around the neighbourhood which was complimentary
What could be improved: Some things came with a hidden charge, like a service charge when you check inMark from United Kingdom – 27 December 2024 (10/10)
Very well located, clean, very comfortable, really friendly and helpful staff
Sylke from United States – 9 December 2024 (10/10)
Excellent design details and staff is extremely attentive! The in-room breakfast service is top notch! The room we booked was very spacious, had a balcony, quiet for sleeping, and was close to all the best restaurants and even a cool jazz club nearby.
What could be improved: There were a few mornings without Wifi and I was told that there was maintenance work going on for the whole area, it wasn't a big deal!Sevda from United States – 7 December 2024 (10/10)
Everything especially breakfast and staff.
