  The staff were the best of any IHG property at which I have stayed and better than most
  non-IHG five stars at which I have at which I have stayed. They were very courteous, and accommodating of my wishes.
  
  What could be improved: There was not anyone assigned to the bar. The presence of a bartender was sporadic, but when someone was present, they were always well mannered and knew how to make a variety of mixed drinks. Many buffet items were repetitive from the breakfast selections to the dinner selections. For example, the Lyonnaise potatoes were on the buffet line every meal. The bacon was way undercooked all of the time except when it was on a hamburger (one of the best I have ever had). In fact, the bacon always presented as being warmed, not thoroughly cooked. I didn't like the fact that internet access was shut down every night, which kept me from being able to transact business in other countries.

  It's beautiful. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Every day.
  The location was great. There's a mall and movie theater across the street. 3 mins walk literally. It was safe. The staff were amazing and helpful. My room was comfortable. There was heat/ac unit, a bit noisy but that helped me sleep lol.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of option but I only used it twice during my 7days trip. The food lack flavor, seasoning. It was bland. The bar was a bit noisy a couple of times at night. The food was tasteless. This is the only issue I had everything else was perfect.
