  My overall stay was negatively impacted by a very frustrating and confusing experience with the hotel’s parking service. The staff handling parking seemed overly focused on making money, and there was no clear policy or posted rates regarding parking fees, creating confusion and distrust.
  
  Upon arrival late at night, the valet parking service was already closed, and a night-shift staff member—oddly wearing a jacket marked “police”—charged me $300 pesos as a late-night parking fee. Eight hours later, when attempting to leave in the morning, another valet attendant abruptly requested an additional $500 pesos, stating that the parking fee was $300 pesos for daytime and $200 pesos for nighttime, though this was never clearly stated or displayed. Only after persistent questioning did he provide this breakdown, but it still felt arbitrary and unjustified.
  
  Most concerning was the inconsistency: on a subsequent day, another manager informed me the parking charge was only $120 pesos—a dramatic difference. This clear discrepancy suggested that staff were setting parking prices on the fly, much like seafood market pricing, and charging guests inconsistently based on unclear or non-existent guidelines.
  
  Furthermore, I personally parked my vehicle every single time, and never actually used the valet service, making these exorbitant and irregular charges even less justified.
  
  I strongly advise management to establish transparent and clearly posted parking rates to prevent staff from exploiting guests and damaging trust. Until then, travelers should approach parking at this property with caution or consider alternative accommodations.

  What could be improved: Opposite a busy hospital. We had a room that did not look like the booking photos much smaller than what we booked. We were out in the 1st floor opposite a massive hospital neon sign. I had to sign three sets of legally binding contracts in Spanish with no English translation to enter our fully paid for booking. I had no idea what I was signing but they would not let us into the room if I did not sign three contracts and we were not given copies. I hated that and would never stay in the property again. Based on this unexpected and unwelcome requirement. My family has stayed in other MC apartment hotels and never experienced this.

  It is a good place in general but very noisy at nights and the place is OK. expensive for what it offer comparing with other places where I stayed in the past.
