  A la llegada dl departamento estaba sucio, sin embargo, se solicitó limpieza al anfitrión y de resolvió de manera inmediata.

  Location of the spacious apartment is the only positive…… And the bed linen smells nice.
  
  What could be improved: Where to begin: Although the instructions were clear, the security was not on site, other occupants said he's hardly ever available, and he doesn't speak English at all. The pictures on the site are no where close to the real state of the apartment: Furniture is different / less. Beds are poor and head boards broken. No hot water since boiler wasn't working (Lack of gas?). Shower had hairs on the wall and in the drain. Floor was dusty and had hairs all over the place, quite dirty.
