  Loved the location, the Building itself was amazing and the Apartment Beautiful. Its Terrace was amazing and would repeat without thinking it.

  This place is spectacular. The view and the fact that we had private balconies and a roof top terrace overlooking Mexico City and the park was breathtaking! This hosts were great and responsive. The pool and gym were immaculate.

  The staff was responsive and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. Check-in was easy and smooth. The location was great. A variety of restaurants and parks nearby within 10 minutes walk. Beautiful neighborhood with tree-lined boulevards. Views from the apartment were amazing. The apartment has a cool vibe if you like retro, contemporary industrial style. Awesome amenities. Washer and dryer, indoor pool and gym.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom does not have much space to put or hand stuff. Aside from the futon chair, the other chairs in the livingroom, while cool looking, are not comfortable to sit in. Lastly, the traffic noise is a big, big negative unfortunately. I was aware of the issue before booking. Many reviewers have mentioned the problem. I thought perhaps those reviewers were light sleepers and are hypersensitive to noise. How bad can the noise be? The apartment is 15 floors up. I could sleep anywhere. Boy was I wrong! One reviewer described the experience as being on a highway. That is partly correct. When you are outside on a highway the noise is constant and can dissipate into the background. The noise felt like it was trapped or even amplified in the bedroom. What was worse than the loud but constant noise of the highway was the cacophony of the semi-trucks, honking, and emergency vehicles at the major intersection below the highway throughout the night until 3 or 4 AM. Even with earplugs and a noise cancelling, over the ear headphone, it was not enough, After the first night, I had to sleep on the futon in the livingroom. The noise level there was significantly less. With earplugs the noise was manageable. Fortunately the staff provide a stash of earplugs. Be aware that the futon can only accommodate one person comfortably.
  
  I would suggest to the owner to get rid of the chairs in the livingroom and put in a big corner sofa bed that is more comfortable and can sleep more people or put in one additional futon sofa.

  Excellent location in a central and vibrant neighbourhood. Apartment was very nicely appointed and had amazing views of the city and a great coffee shop conveniently located next door.
  
  What could be improved: Though the neighbourhood is relaxed and great for walking around, you do overlook a major artery for traffic in a city of 30 million. Expect some traffic noise (though ear plugs were generously provided). Bed is on the firm side.

  The pictures are 100% real – loved design of this place and amazing views. Location is great in perfectly walkable neighborhood and short uber ride to many places of interest. Wish I could have stayed longer and enjoy it more. Hope to be back.
  
  What could be improved: The building is long stretching over the whole block and while the entrance is on a quiet street, the unit is at the other end above one of the main city arteries. Luckily, I usuallly sleep well. During the day, music neutralizes the traffic quite successfully.

  Apartment was in an exceptional location, access was easy, I always felt incredibly safe, and the space was beautiful and comfortable. Host was super responsive.
  
  What could be improved: There is a lot of traffic noise in the bedroom. The host provides earplugs and this made it very comfortable for me to sleep but someone who is very sensitive to noise may find this unpleasant.

  Location was fantastic we went out for every meal. The gym and the indoor pool was also great we used that everyday. Building is next to an incredible artisinal coffee shop – Anvil. Get the coffee there every morning! They also have homemade horchata.
