  Die Anlage ist super, die Wohnung ist schön und toll ausgestattet.
  
  What could be improved: Es ist sehr stickig auf der Schlafebene. Man bekommt schlecht Luft in die Wohnung und kann nachts nur sehr kleine Fenster offen lassen. Es gibt zwei Ventilatoren.

  Un projecte de restauració arquitectònica encomiable. L’equilibri entre estètica i funcionalitat està molt ben aconseguit. Apartament confortable, pràctic (cuina equipada, rentadora i assecadora), ben situat i amb una cafeteria-pastisseria al pati comú ideal per esmorzar cada dia.
  
  What could be improved: A l’apartament que vam ocupar es percebia una mica d’olor d’humitat a l’entrar, res greu. Finestres i porticons per ventilar.

  Emilion Donde 7 is a unique property and location. Exceptional size and features within a ten minute walk of Centro Historico – Alameda Central and all the architecture, art, music and history it has to offer. Adjacent to the Biblioteca Mexico Ciudadela and the Ciudadela Craft Market. Ten minute walk to Balderas for the Metro line 3 and buses. Ten minute walk to Reforma Paris bus stop. Ten minute walk to Jaurez neighbourhood with its many restaurants, cafes, grocery store and Museo de Chocolat. Excellent Cafe Donde within the building with wonderful coffee, food and friendly staff. Two great restaurants 100M away at circle on Avenida Bucareli.

  The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the host was very responsive and helpful. The location in a beautiful shared courtyard was great! The facilities were great, excellent washing machine, fans, kitchen, 2 x bathrooms!, security guards at entrance to property very friendly and helpful, great location near many nice breweries, bars, cafes, a pharmacy, arena México, etc
  
  What could be improved: The bed could have been a little bit comfier, but other than this it was perfect!

  The apartment building itself is beautiful, we felt like we were staying in a really vibrant community of people. The place was very clean, comfortable and safe. There’s a bar, coffee shop and lunch spot on the ground floor that made every aspect of our stay excellent. Big shout out to the guards on the door, at all hours they were happy and helpful. Would definitely come back!!

  Het appartement bevindt zich in een historisch gebouw en is heel mooi verbouwd en ingericht. Op elk moment van de dag zit een persoon bij de ingang van het complex, wij voelden ons heel veilig. Onder in het gebouw is onder meer een café gesitueerd met heerlijk ontbijt en koffie.
  
  What could be improved: De appartementen liggen aan een heel charmant binnenhof, stemmen kunnen daar ‘s nachts nogal galmen.
