  The host texted me before and told me how to enter the building. There's a 24/7 security person waiting at the entrance – you feel very safe. Additionally, they offered me both early check in and late check out for 1-2 hours. Overall, very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The photos showed trees so I thought my room would be facing the street but I was on the other side. Actually, that turned out to be great because it was very quiet and I was able to sleep without any distractions.

  The space was delightful. Nice living area and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Water and a few cervecas in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for us near some lovely breakfast spots and within walking distance to places we wanted to visit.
  
  What could be improved: The check in process was a little frustrating. I had messaged twice to say we would be earlier than check in time of 3pm and could we leave bags. They said yes but when arriving at 7am there was no one on the '24 hr' desk and then it was incredibly hard to get hold of anyone. I recommend if the security staff need to leave the desk they put a notice on the door to inform guests as we had 3 bags we had to lug around until 9am.
  
  Other than this the stay was perfect really.

  The apartment was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect with countless bars and restaurants at walking distance
  
  What could be improved: It could get a bit noisy in the morning because of the the sounds coming from the street. But nothing that really bothered me

  The apartment was new, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and lots of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. It is a secured building with a doorman. We would likely stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: The host was very communicative prior to our arrival, but not responsive to us once we got there.
  There was no parking included, but there is a paid lot across the street.
  It can get noisy due to the construction of the building with different units facing one another.
  No air conditioning or screens on the windows, but we were comfortable with the fan provided.

  The rooftop was magical, the location is ideal, and Ana, the host who met us, was incredibly helpful and kind (especially because we were feeling unwell at the time!). Above and beyond.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom / hallways could have used more coat hooks to hang our towels and clothing, and perhaps a luggage stand for us to put our bags.

  Feels like home and cozy. It’s clean and comfortable. They provide water as well. Staffs are very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The trash can in the bathroom is too small…
  Also, the shower is a bit difficult to control the temperature and heat up pretty slow.

  Spacious and well designed with good use of the space for seating and dining etc. We liked having a couch to relax on. The bed was very comfortable.

  A very spacious clean and comfortable apartment in a fabulous central location not too far from the City Centre but super close to all of cool vibey areas like Roma with great shopping,Restaurants,Bars,Art Galleries etc.
  Generous sized bedrooms with super comfy beds. The apartment block has been recently renovated and has a shared rooftop garden.
  Great value for money.
  
  What could be improved: A bit cold at night and only has a few mobile standing heaters which we needed to leave on to keep the apartment warm.
  As there are no ceiling fans or A/C I would expect that it may get overly warm during the peak of summer.They do have a few mobile fans but I doubt they would offer much relief.
  We rented a two bedroom apartment one of the rooms faced onto an internal courtyard and was nice and quiet but the second which fronts onto the street was a bit noisy. Note that there are 12 apartments in the building so there are different layouts so best to mention your requirements.
