  The apartment was clean and the cleaning stuff was always supportive.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was very noise, it had a balcony with no privacy and basically all the noise from other people is heard. Also, there were two days were the electricity was not working at all in the entire apartment, it was due to a issue with the installation because the building had no issue but the administrator didn’t care about the issue until it was escalated to to owner but it was fixed in the second day. So two days we were without electricity and hot water in the shower.

  The location is great. At my arrival, I noticed that I could not cook as planned. The staff and especially the owner was quick to fix the problem. They brought me a new cooking pot. The owner gave me his personal number in case I had any concern. I enjoyed my stay as it was my first time visiting Mexico. The apartment has a lot of towels. The place is very clean.
  
  What could be improved: It looks like all the electrical appliances are one circuit. Sometimes on of the 20A breakers tripped.The stove should have been on a different circuit.
