  It was spacious, clean and modern. The location was really great and the property had all of the facilities we needed.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. On the first day the door would not lock but this was resolved within 90mins so wasn’t much of an issue.

  Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in walking distance from public transport and hipster restaurant/coffee shops. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was extremely hot, fans provided were not able to cool down such a massive space. Keeping windows open in the evening/night or during rain was not possible = temperature inside was above pleasant. Proper AC or efficient ceiling fans would be highly appreciated.

  Perfectly located spacious apartment with all facilities. Host was most accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

  Location: Location was amazing, walking distance from the best parts of Condesa, Roma and Reforma. No issues with getting ubers, or going out late for tacos.
  
  Food: There is a Suprema grocery store 2 blocks away and many convenience stores. The best restaurants are right there. I walked to Orinoco,
  
  Space: The space was large and having two bathrooms was nice. There are blinds on all the windows, not full black-out but was good enough for us. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in good working condition and space to hang our clothes that could not be put in the dryer.
  
  Security/Access: The security guard was there 24 hours a day and we had no issues with access nor security.
  
  Internet: WIFI worked well.
  
  What could be improved: We found the floors to be quite slippery making it a bit of a falling hazard, especially in socks and for our toddler, something a rug would solve.
  It was also surprising that there was no coffee, and the water filter didn't work.
  None of these things are reasons not to stay, more tips for the hosts to make it better.

  We love the Location. The apartment was very modern clean and uncluttered. There was a private doorman for 24 hours Everyday. The location was Located within an easy walking distance from all of the major sites. The major well stocked supermarket is a 2 minute walk. There was a separate Laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. The matter Was a temperpedic and very comfortable. There are many great restaurants within walking distances well especially. It was very well located for roaming around romanort day and the condessa neighborhoods.

  location, restaurants around the area such as Fonda fina for a treat and tacos Orinoco for more casual treat. The apartment it self and how clean the place was is something to appreciate but…
  
  What could be improved: The master bathroom sucked! Sadly the shower pressure is so poor. I mean it 3 drops! I didn't feel clean after I shower for 30 minutes. The sink doesn't drain. Cheap coffee maker didn't work. For a place like this you expect a high end coffee maker such as Nespresso or at least a simple coffee maker that will work. Most Important why do I have to show my personal identity documents to the rental company on my arrival, if I already have a great rating history with booking.com
