  The hotel was not in the perfect shape but it was comfortable and the staff was great.
  
  What could be improved: I didn't like that the jacuzzi was not hot, it's connected to the pool which is a little cold. Getting to the spa/gym was a mission. The price of the breakfast buffet was expensive. I decided not to eat there after I saw the food. Plenty of better options nearby.

  The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the tourist attractions. The pool and gym added extra value to the hotel, and the price was reasonable. Although breakfast was not included in the price, we really enjoyed the buffet, as there were many delicious options to choose from.

  The location was great for us to get around, not the prettiest and go two blocks it was a little dodge but we were able to walk to nearby places and restaurants with no issues.
  The pool was great to have, although the bubbles in the "jacuzzi" were not warm and you had to ask the bar staff to turn them off and on, so if left on all day the whole pool would be freezing. The pool bar was great. You could order and eat food from the restaurant, helpful with kids who didn't want to leave, so we had dinner up there twice, and it was really good food. Juan made the best margaritas in our whole stay in Mexico, and unlike some places we stayed none of the staff were pushy with wanting you to tip them.
  Our room was a decent size considering it had two double beds for our family of 4pax, and was very clean and comfortable. They have filtered water points on each floor which is really useful and saved us having to buy water the entire time we were there.
  
  What could be improved: There was no fridge in the room, and while this wasn't listed, there was a space for one and it would have been helpful – they did store some butter for us in the restaurant fridge as my daughter has allergies, so it was a medical reason but outside of this, you can't refrigerate anything.
  Bathroom was a little cramped, it had an enormous shower but was a squish outside of this.
  Breakfast I thought was a little expensive. It was a buffet and there was no option other than this and it wasn't worth it, so we walked around to a local panadaria.

  The room and the bathroom were both big. The staff speaks English very well.
  
  What could be improved: The WiFi signal was very poor. There were often disconnections and the speed was low. Overall the internet access was nightmare!
