  Reception desk and wait staff were very helpful and courteous. Everyone was friendly. We especially loved the extra feature of the hospitality room on Floor 22.

  Everything was great. We had a Suite on the Executive Floor. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping was great. The Club room was very bright and the food was varied and plentiful both at breakfast and the cocktail hour. What also was great was that the cocktail hour with food went until 11pm ever night. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. All together a great stay.

  Great location, exceptional value for money with awesome staff. We had booked their executive floor and the evening snack option was basically dinner and was included in our base price. We enjoyed the lounge services which were pretty good and great value for money.

  Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location
  
  Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem
  
  There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours.
  
  The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative
