  The office chair and the safebox were something I didn't expect. They were convenient for my activities.
  
  What could be improved: The soap in the washroom. I mean, it wasn't soap, it was a kind of body wash and it didn't work for me. I had to buy my own soap.

  The room is very cozy, with a king-size bed that is large and comfortable to sleep in.
  Next to the hotel is a large shopping mall with a wide variety of food options.
  
  What could be improved: The Wi-Fi can be glitchy in the evening.
  The shower temperature is inconsistent—sometimes it's too hot, sometimes lukewarm, and sometimes cold, which is quite confusing.
  The breakfast is not up to par compared to other hotels in CDMX.
  There is no kettle in the room, and only one bottle of mineral water is provided. Fortunately, there is an OXXO store downstairs in the mall where you can buy water.

  What could be improved: Our flight into Mexico city was late, and it was difficult to be sure of informing the Hotel. Their own WhatsApp link didn't function.

  The location of hotel is very good, cause its on the opposite side of B.J. airport (part of the city between downtown and airport I did not like). So, it is situated in a very descent and dense souroundings. The room was spacious and clean, and my floor (2nd) was very quiet. Dining room was very neat and clean, and the food was, let's say 7 on a scale to 10, but only cause its domestic mexican food which I'm not used to. So, it!s a recommnendation from me.

  The location is really good, it is right beside the forum mall but there was no disturbance or noise.
