  The property was clean and bright. The highlight was the friendliness of all of the staff. Rogrigo is a very special person for us. All of the staff were beautiful in every way

  Staff was friendly and accommodating. I travelled with a large party, which included a handicapped person, and infant, and a toddler. All my request were met with no issues. Cleaning staff was respectful of my personal property when doing my room. Conveniently located to the areas I was going to visit.
  
  What could be improved: The wait time at the restaurant was too long. I waited 30 for a cocktail drinks and appetizers when there only one other party at the dining room beside us. When asked about it, waitress just said "they are on their way". 2 minutes later she comes out and ask for our order again, and never apologizes for the delay.
  
  Ordering food took as long. I ended up going down the street to a taco stand because that was faster!

  conveniently located near Polanco and accessibility to main road. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Staff, specially the bell nan where very kind.
