  Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Check out staff were professional, prompt, and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Check in staff were not welcoming.
  They made it seem as if I was not valued as a guest. Electrical outlet adjacent to in room sink did not function. TV Remote did not function well and was not user friendly. According to front desk, we were unable to use the in room phone to contact a guest in another room in the hotel. Plank flooring in room had several exposed open joints.
