  What could be improved: Nothing.

  The location was perfect for the festival we were in town for. We walked to street vendors, the market places and had several food Options right outside.
  
  What could be improved: Access after hours or trying to leave early in the morning was difficult. The parking garage is the pickup location for shuttles but the parking garage gates are closed off. After hours, There is only one door to get out of (or in) the hotel which is on the other side of the mall by the Starbucks.
  We understand it’s for security but that should be part of the information provided at check in.
  We had a 5am shuttle picking us up for a Hot Air Balloon ride. The driver couldn’t get to the pickup location cuz the garage was locked and we found several chained doors when trying to get out of the mall (the hotel is located inside a mall). Another tourist was able to help us find the only door that wasn’t locked & chained.

  The main lobby opens up to a 2 story shopping mall with shops and restaurants: coffee shops, sports stores, fast foods, and even a small convenient store. The restaurant has a buffet with delicious traditional Mexican meals, which change every day. The rooms are spacious, chic, clean, and uncluttered. The basement has a parking area accessible from an elevator from the lobby. The shopping center comes alive at night with bars and restaurants open for all the late owls.
  
  What could be improved: The neighborhood is a busy industrial area, but that will not matter if you stay within the hotel and shopping compound.

  The hotel is inside the shopping mall, great location, comfy beds and really nice staff. I enjoyed my stay and if you want to try some traditional mexican food there is a fantastic restaurant inside the plaza.

  What could be improved: Entrance into the hotel is difficult. During the day you have to go thru clothing store to take elevator. At night you have to go thru center mall entrance, walk thru mall, up escalator, then walk to hotel

  I liked how cheerful and helpful the front desk person was. Also the van driver was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the restaurant. The Sopa de la Milpa was excellent!

  What could be improved: The entrance after the plaza was closed, you had to go through a far away door and it gets scary with everything off and closed. It would have been great if the staff would warn you about it when you make check in, we came up very late in the night and were absolutely lost about how to access the hotel when everything seemed closed.
