  The location and hotel were excellent, but the particular suite we had, had very little natural light which was a definite downside.

  Perfect location in a tiny, quiet side street! Walkable to all the cute areas and cute restaurants just minutes away.
  
  What could be improved: We had a incredibly noisy neighbor above us for two nights. Management, while responsive, was not able to stop the, A: super loud music B: loud TV noise or C: The screaming. I had to go knock on the door the 2nd night and have a little chat. Should've done that the first night, as it went on till 3:40am.

  Loved the location, amenities, design and security.
  
  What could be improved: Some suggestions: Add a nespresso maker and electric kettle in the kitchen. Most furnished apts I have stayed in in CDMX have them. There were some plumbling issues, including a sewer smell and low pressure in the bathrooms.

  The apartment was attractive, comfortable and huge. There is just one unit per floor, and only five floors, so the feeling is very intimate. The hotel is in a quiet, attractive residential neighborhood. The staff were great in responding to our numerous tourist questions and a couple of hotel-related issues.
  
  What could be improved: Water pressure in shower was not powerful and it took a while for the water to get hot. Breakfast is just croissants and fruit, but the unit has a full kitchen and there are restaurants nearby, and I don’t think the advertising even mentioned breakfast.

  Great layout, privacy, SO quiet, sheets were lovely soft, the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus space to get some air and hang out. Staff were very responsive, engaging and professional.
  
  What could be improved: The hot water heater was just set too low, so only warm to lukewarm showers were available. the staff came quickly when we asked about it, and it got a bit hotter, but they didn't ever get hot. The pillows were all so full and round that we had stiff necks in the morning. Used a blanket as a pillow finally. Not too big a deal. Was nice to have fruit and coffee in the am. Would love gluten free options too.

  Location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable.
  
  Monica excellent. She answered all of our questions on arrival as well as others that we had during our stay. She is definitely an asset to your company.
  
  What could be improved: Was not impressed with the ‘light Breakfast’.
  We went up to a he rooftop several times
  and there was just coffee and a few pieces of fruit. Found it was prudent to have gone shopping to Breakfast items in the apartment.
