  The apartment was beautifully staged as if for sale and in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. There were three bathrooms and a nice outdoor patio.
  
  What could be improved: The description didn't match what was delivered. I was sent a standard informational email with the apartment details; unfortunately, many were wrong or not available.
  Daily housekeeping was listed: they didn't come and the owner kept making excuses. When housekeeping did come, they took the six towels (2 in each bathroom and 2 for the Jacuzzi) and only left two. When I complained to the owner, the owner said they left 4, which was not true. We had to share the towels which was not ideal. Housekeeping came the next morning insisting that they left 4 towels, and even after showing them only 2 towels, they still were reluctant to leave more. I gave up on having separate towels for the jacuzzi.
  The promised kitchen cleaning kit was non-existent, so there was nothing to wipe down the counters, and we had a huge ant infestation.
  The toilet paper ran out (thank goodness for the third bathroom).
  The wifi platform didn't exist and we finally received a new log in and password.
  The jacuzzi was not filled as indicated when we were checking in (this wasn't a big deal except the instructions were very unclear).
  In general, all instructions were sparse and I had to use the internet to figure out how to use the dryer and the coffeemaker.
  I think the owner needs to review the actual status of the apartment before renting again.
  This was not worth the money as I could have stayed in a high end hotel – with clean towels – for the same price.

  The manager – Isabel – is DAZZLING – the best I've ever met in the industry. She has helped me in so many ways I couldn't even begin to count. Isabel, you deserve 8 (eight) Google stars out of 5 – yes I am a PhD in Technology and Finance, so I can assure you that 8 with 100 trailing zeroes is rather a lot! And, I mean it.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing – nearly perfect – especially the stellar location, comfort, and inpenitrible security, which ensured safety and calm.

  La hubicacion y la paz en el lugar son fantasticas

  Nos encantó la ubicación, en una calle tranquila pero muy cerca de almacenes y restaurantes. Nos sentimos seguros tanto en el vecindario (Polanco) como dentro del apartamento; el edificio cuenta con conserje en la entrada todo el tiempo. El apartamento es espacioso, muy bonito decorado, con todo lo necesario. Bien iluminado y limpio, con abundante agua caliente en la ducha. La cerradura de la puerta principal es electrónica. A diario nos hacían las camas y nos recogían la basura y las toallas sucias. Había una caja fuerte disponible, pero no la utilizamos. El jacuzzi funciona perfectamente. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente; ella respondió enseguida cada vez que la contactamos.
  
  What could be improved: Ocasionalmente se percibía un olor a humedad en el baño de la recámara principal.
