  The neighbourhood is very walkable and even major sights like the Museum of Anthropology can be accessed on the boulevards. The Walmart across the street makes provisioning very easy.
  
  What could be improved: South facing windows with small openings and no air conditioning. At the very least a fan in each room would be good there were a couple of portable AC units that didn’t work at all, lights came on but not even the fan worked.
  Clean or replace the couch, it’s stained.
  The kitchen is poorly provisioned – 3 forks, spoons & knives. Buy some cutlery! Two wine glasses – buy some glasses!

  It’s perfect, spacious, location is at the center, the interior design is well-thought out. We will definitely stay here again if we decide to visit Mexico again.

  Great apartment in prime location. Roomy and quiet, good for a group as each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the living room is big. Neighborhood is walkable.
  
  What could be improved: We had an issue checking in and was missing a few items when we arrived but the team was able to fix it.

  The location is great, we walked to many places, it has a very nice walmart express across the street. The host answer quickly and the security persons were very kind and helpful. The property is very spaciuos and exactly as some of the pictures. Perfect for families, we are 6 adults and with the extra half bathroom we were always on time !!
  
  What could be improved: The department gets very hot during sunny days, and the masters room did not have an AC. The kitchen and the restrooms were not well cleaned and there were not enough kleenex. Even that the pictures are exactly as in real, we did not know wich unit will receive until we arrive. We will love to have the unit with the family room and we can not choose on booking.

  Great location right next to Walmart.
  Walking distance to Polanco.
  Large apartment, all the amenities you would need for a longer stay (kitchen, large living area, washing machine).
  Modern furnishings, relatively clean.
  Responsive concierge, but they are also not able to get you items within the day (e.g. we asked for towels and got them the next day after we’d gone out and purchased it, we also asked for extra trash bags and were promised these but never got them)
  
  What could be improved: Not enough towels for us – we had 6 people and only got 5 towels.
  Need better maintenance of the furniture – at least 2 chairs (one in living room and one in the dining room) are very loose/wobbly and could break any moment.
  No hand soaps in the bathrooms.
  In summer, the lack of air conditioning is probably tough. We were there during winter so no issues there!
  One card for accessing the apartment, which can make it tough for a big group of people. There is another service elevator entryway that doesn’t require the card though.

  What could be improved: Missing wash cloths, face towels, extra garbage bags from bathrooms. The water flow in the shower in one of the bedrooms was too low. No kitchen towels or cutting board in the kitchen and the soap sponge was too worn out and dirty. Also, a lot of noise coming from outside.

  The property was very spacious and super modern.

  No left luggage room at the apartments, we could leave luggage at another appartment a 10min walk away however this was complicated.
