  Great hotel. Super clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was amazing – friendly and helpful in so many ways. Loved the small restaurant/bar as well. The hotel is located in a wonderful little neighborhood (Colonia Napoles) with many restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Easy and safe to walk around.

  What could be improved: No lift. En suite toilet and shower were very compact to the point where it was difficult to get in and out

  The property was well located in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants to choose from.
  The hotel restaurant was quite good and the prices were reasonable.
  The staff was friendly.
  The decor was very dated but very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The bathtub was very old and the finish was peeling.
  The bed and the pillows were too hard for my taste but they bedding and towels were very clean and fresh.
