  Hotel Bristol is a functional option , the hotel used to look luxurious but time has passed and now looks old, however it’s a good choice to stay in this area of the city

  I enjoyed the location of the hotel because three blocks from the main street in Mexico City "Reforma", and the staff was wonderful when I need to get the hospital as an emergency.

  What could be improved: Air conditionong WAS shut for the winter season and Rooms were quite HOT and not ventilated
  Because outside was quite cool but upstairs rooms were like ovens

  Its location is excellent. Clean.
  
  What could be improved: Its infrastructure is run down. Wear in carpets inside and outside rooms is evident.

  The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes walk to everything.
  Hotel Restaurant is amazing.
  Staff was great and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Room decor was dated with a 24 or 32 inch tv. Shower head was spraying water eveywhere and water in the tub took hours to drain. We stayed in a JUNIOR suite on the top floor.
  
  I stayed here in 2018 and they were remodeling back then. I guess the rooms didn't get touched.
  
  I didn't mention the issues in the shower to staff because we didn't want to have to be inconvenienced to collect our things and be moved to another room.. I beleive the rooms should be in good condition before issuing it out to a customer.
