  We asked for a balcony room and were moved to the new part of the hotel.The room was clean modern and had all the facilities. Bedding, towels, and linen high quality. Housekeeping was excellent.
  Water, tea,coffee, and snacks freely available in the lounge area was a novelty.
  Hotel restaurants served some of the best foods we have had.
  The location was excellent to main tourist spots and also bus and metro links.
  Highly recommend this hotel .

  This hotel location is perfect. It is in the heart of the Historic Centre and near the metro station so other areas of the city are also within reach. Cafes, shops and restaurants are all at your feet. The Zocalo (huge public square with an impressive flag swaying majestically, showing the pride of this great independent nation) is a few steps away and from this place you can easily book tours to outside the city and not be stressed about missing the bus. Once the tour is over, the bus returns here and you have the hotel nearby for a quick shower and refresh… to continue exploring this charming city.
  They offer free snacks, coffee, tea, cold water bottles and fresh guavas to all guests in the lobby.
  It's a beautiful building, check out the view from the top of the Pyramid part of the hotel. So very nice!
  Strong shower, clean rooms, and they offer a variety of pillows for your specific preference for the ideal sleep.
  I will definitely return as long as it remains affordable.
  
  What could be improved: If you are a loud guest, your neighbours and those in the hallway will hear you. Be respectfully quiet as those near you may need their sleep 🙂

  Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Room was in the older part of the hotel and a little tired, but still had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was great, and service staff were exceptional. Hotel offers complimentary bottles of water in fridges in the lobby, and tea or coffee at a few stations around the hotel. Some of the lobby floor is glass so you can see the ruins underneath, which was interesting. Morris the hotel cat greated us several times. Fantastic location near the Zocolo.
