Reviews of Hotel Century Reforma
Kevin from Mexico – 10 May 2025 (8/10)
The location and the staff are the best things about this place. Next was the bed, very comfortable.
What could be improved: A mini fridge would be nice, and the wifi is terrible, actually unusable. The floor is actually not level in the room I was in, you could place a pen on the floor and it would roll.David from United States – 12 April 2025 (9/10)
People gente were very courteous. Jose Louis was very helpful and breakfast crew and selections were great!
What could be improved: Little worn our.. Dogs barking in the commercial area.David from Ireland – 11 April 2025 (8/10)
Good location, very central. Good value based on location and reasonably good communication through booking.com messages. Provided a room upgrade as below and had plenty of free bags of popcorn in the lobby. Also allowed us to store bags while waiting for overnight bus. Gym was small but did the job
What could be improved: They only told us the day before we were arriving that the pool was not in use (after the free cancellation period), which was part of the reason we selected this hotel. To be fair, they provided a room upgrade to make up for it. However the room had a small defect in one of the balcony doors that meant that noise from outside could get through and it can be loud in this area, so best to bring earplugs. The decor was maybe a little datedYvette from Canada – 31 March 2025 (8/10)
Easy check in, wonderful staff very accomodating.
What could be improved: Only 1 package of coffee and 2 small bottle of water. Had to buy a large bottle of drinking water and extra coffee as they charge for more drinking water and extra coffee.Jorge from Mexico – 8 March 2025 (9/10)
A little old, but well cared for.
Kelly from United States – 27 February 2025 (7/10)
Clean and comfortable. Nice bed, good lights, plug in near bed. I enjoyed the location, I walked a short way and found a great lunch.
What could be improved: The bathroom needs upgrade. The shower head was old, I couldn’t turn it any other direction. The shower also had low pressure. The tub was nice and round so I decided maybe a bath. Nope. I couldn’t “turn off” the shower, lever stuck. I let it run 15min while unpacking, the tub barely filled 2 inches. UGH. No bath, not enough pressure to wash my hair. Ugh.Russell from United States – 9 February 2025 (8/10)
The service. Everyone was very serviceable and nice. And even though the Pink Zone is not what it used to be, it’s still close to major restaurants and attractions.
What could be improved: Water in the shower was next to cold, barely tepid.Michael from United States – 19 January 2025 (8/10)
Unbelievable comfortable beds
What could be improved: No ice on floorsMelvin from Canada – 3 January 2025 (9/10)
Great location, great value for mmthe costs.
What could be improved: I know it's a minor thing, but would have loved lamps instead of central lighting in the room.David from United States – 21 October 2024 (8/10)
Friendly staff. Large suites. Amazing views of the city. Complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Views from the rooftop pool were awesome.
What could be improved: The beds and decor are really outdated. Everything was clean and comfy but the vibes of the room were really old. White fluorescent lights gave it a cold touch.
