Reviews of Hotel Imperial Reforma

  • Melissa from Mexico – 7 July 2024 (8/10)

    Amazing and comfortable

What could be improved: Included breakfast is very poor

  • Paige from Mexico – 14 April 2024 (8/10)

The area was great, brilliant staff.

What could be improved: Personally it wasn't value for money. The staff were exceptional, they go above and beyond. But the room wasn't value for money, it was clean, but for that amount of money I did expect it to be a little more.

  • Luis from Mexico – 27 February 2024 (9/10)

If had a great location, just along the Reforma avenue; the staff was very friendly and efficient; the bed was comfortable; and I like the lobby’s 80’s design

What could be improved: The favourite of the room were old such as the furniture and the bathroom.

  • Elena from Canada – 17 February 2024 (9/10)

    Location, size of the room

What could be improved: No fridge
Included in the price breakfast – some fruit and a tiny sandwich. You can get a buffet for $10, but the food did not taste good, very low quality. Deserts looked beautiful, but weren’t tasty

  • Joel from Mexico – 6 February 2024 (9/10)

Location is the best, you're near many touristic places like museums, towncenter, gardens, coffeshops, etc.

What could be improved: very clean
