  Staff: Friendly and professional staff. Very quick to respond to any questions.
  Location: Great location, walking distance to museums, zocalo, parks and stores.
  Room: Nice and clean, modern, HDMI TV, hot shower, WiFi was good, very nice touch to have fresh drinking water in the room.
  Restaurant: We had 1 breakfast in the restaurant which was good. Breakfast starts at 7am.

  Great location, minutes away from the Placio de Bella Artes and the Postal Office, maybe 15-20 minutes walk or 3 minutes Uber to the main square. There's a restaurant on site and staff are very friendly and attentive
  
  What could be improved: Nothing for our trip, but it appears to me there's no AC, so for summer time it probably will be quite hot there

  The property is located in Chinatowm surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Its very close to Palacio de Bellas Artes and a 12 min walk to Plaza Garibaldi. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. We were able to check in early for one of two rooms that we had in our reservation. We were also able to leave our luggage in storage after check out while we shopped before it was time to go to the airport. I also loved that check out time was until 1 pm so we were able to get some extra rest on our last day.
  
  What could be improved: The only things I didn’t like was that the rooms were a bit small and our toilet was very hard to flush for some reason.

  I think the best thing is the cost/benefit ratio. Honestly I thought the hotel was going to be not-very-good for the price, but honestly exceeded my expectation. Very clean, nice staff, location and PARKING.
  
  What could be improved: Parking is too small, forget it if you have a big SUV, pickup or something, but this is applicable to any parking lot in Mexico City. My car did it well.
  Room noise insulation can be improved.

  It is excellent location, and comfortable enough to allow maximum use of the location.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast was not a buffet . The rooms are a bit too small. Fan was enough , but we assume that this was due to the season.
