  Good location—Close to the Alameda and museums. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

  Fairly large room.
  Very nice staff, super-helpful.
  Close to Central Park and good local atmosphere.
  Restaurant is fine, but limited to Mexican tastes.
  
  What could be improved: Windows in rooms have no external view, only the services shaft and each other.

  Hot water tap needs to be turn on, running for over 10 minutes before we get hot water.
  Toilet and shower room very badly designed, space was good, but a lot of wasted, unusable areas made it crampy. Selection of tiles and bathroom fittings made it feel second or third rate.
  Very small lift, fits 4 persons at most, or equivalent with luggage.

  What could be improved: Light shining thru windows very bright, only noisy fan in room. Booked for 4 in room only facilities for 2. The buffet breakfast at an added cost very underwhelming. Hotel advertised airport pickup, did not answer emails re thissetvice apparently this set ice dies not exist!

  excellent location in the city centre. Comfortable room, beds are good. there is a 7-11 shop at 100 meter where you can get some basic food. Restaurants are at walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: There is minibar/refrigerator. A kettle to boil water for tea/coffee would be nice.

  The location was good for us, easy walk to a lot of different attractions or easy to get a taxi or uber.
