  Delicious breakfast, nice and clean, location, comfortable beds, staff was very nice.
  
  What could be improved: It needs air conditioning, the Fun didn’t work all the time and no one went to check on it. we requested towels 3 days later and we only go 2 more ( we were 4 people)

  Easy access to buses. Near tourist attraction, Garibaldi, Mariachis. Excellent traditional market 2 blocks away and Esperanza Bakery across the the street. Delicious! Breakfast was good but the hot food was repetitious. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. My husband speaks Spanish so that helped.
  
  What could be improved: No hairdryer in suite. Had to go to reception to pick one up and leave my passport as security. They also offered free umbrellas but again, required my passport for security. Also, the shower had a half glass enclosure which resulted in large amounts of water flooding onto the bathroom floor. Very artsy shower door design but not practical. The bath mat did not help as it was very small and flimsy. You get two towels and one hand towel. Also, note that if you require chilled drinks, you will not find a fridge in Mexican hotels. At least not the several we have stayed in.

  Very clean, comfortable spacious beds, good shower, convenient central location, all-day available coffee and nice breakfast, I was happy they have small, but nice gym!!!
  
  What could be improved: They don’t have AC, if they had it –
  They’re truly the best hotel in town in terms of price/quality. The shower pressure is not strong, so if you’re girl with long hair you might struggle a bit.

  Staffs and breakfasts are so good.
  It is located close to the historic center and Mariachi place.
  
  What could be improved: During the 4 night stay, wifi worked only one and half day. It is very inconvenient to get along without internet connection in modern daily life.
