  Old fashion hotel. Like it. I have been there past year already
  
  What could be improved: Need to ask an adaptor to the reception has the old fashion plug did not have the earth thus couldn't work with my international adaptor. 🙃😉

  Staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff was amazing. The security guard was very friendly. The Hotel was very quiet in our area. Although you'll have to go through a VERY busy road, there is an access into Chapultepec side close by (5-10 minute walk).
  
  What could be improved: The only downside are the beds. They are a very firm.

  What could be improved: One guy from the staff (night shift) was really rude, also, the key to open the door wasn't working properly and that made the guy upset even though it was not our fault
