Room where beautiful! I wanted the suit presented on the picture but it was unavailable.
Alex from United States – 24 March 2025 (8/10)
The location was great. Staff was super friendly.
What could be improved: I expected more facilities (restaurant or bar) to be open, such as a breakfast, but there’s a cafe next door that more than suitable.Alysha from United States – 15 March 2025 (6/10)
Service was great, location fantastic. Great place for the cost. Nice and spacious rooms with very comfy bed.
What could be improved: The bathrooms are tiny and hard to navigate the very small shower. The ventilation also wasn't good and always smelled very moldy. I had to turn in room key every time I left even for 5 min.Cheuk from Canada – 1 February 2025 (8/10)
Need more lights need bedside table light
Bathroom light switch awkward should be by the door not all the way by the mirror. Makes it hard to see because you don’t have bedside table light for getting up.Holkan from Mexico – 16 December 2024 (8/10)
The location is awesome
What could be improved: The long process to check in. It took time.Ermanno from Czech Republic – 30 November 2024 (6/10)
– position of the hotel is really good, green and safe area also in the evening, you have bar and restaurants all around.
– furnitures are ok, bathroom is very basic.
– good cleanliness.
– 24 hours reception.
What could be improved: – slow speed internet.
– the ceilings are low, so the rooms are hot and seems like there is lack of air. No air conditioning. The first room they assigned us had a really small bed, not possible to sleep there in 2 persons. Bathroom was incredibly small, almost impossible to move inside of it. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and in the room. For these reasons we asked to be assigned another room, and they kindly assigned us a room with bigger bed and bigger bathroom.
– be aware that if you pay by card, the conversion their bank does is really bad. They charged us the room before our arrival, and we paid 380€ instead of the 330€ listed here.
– at the check-out they charged us the coffee capsules we used that were on the table in our room. There WAS NO any price list clearly showed in the room, so we assumed these are complementary. This is scam.Kevin from United States – 21 November 2024 (8/10)
The location is definitely the best part of this. Right in the heart of Condessa with so many great parks, restaurants, bars outside your door. The staff was also very attentive and helpful for any of your needs.
What could be improved: Only bad part is there is no ice machine in the building. If you need ice, you can go to Oxxo ( convenient store ) down the street, and ask for a cup and ice and it costs almost nothing. Also, there is no central air, so if it is warm out, just ask for a fan and they will assist.Jacquie from United States – 28 October 2024 (8/10)
The room was adorable, quaint and quiet. Loved the woodwork in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The neighborhood was beautiful and I ate a great brunch at a cafe nearby. I only stayed one night.
What could be improved: There was one window in the room, but it faced the wall of the elevator about 12 inches from the window, so no view at all. Even if the elevator wall wasn’t there, the window faced the interior of the hotel. Very strange.
The noise from the other hotel guests in the morning was concerning, as I was right next to the elevator and since the floors were wood, there was a bit of clatter as folks milled about.Monserrat from Belgium – 23 August 2024 (7/10)
Very cool concept, the deco is very nice. The rate was unbeatable we got lucky i think… the location is perfect to move around and the staff was quite friendly.
What could be improved: unfortunately it was under renovations do we Couldnt access the restaurant or the terrace. But the place is very nice. The room gets very hot at midday and there is no ac. The pods for coffee could be regular coffee not flavored.
