  I like the room space but I rather have something bigger but it’s ok, instead of that the location compensates the room. Although the room is cozy and comfortable.

  Location was good, walking distance to everything you need and wanna see. It is quite safe area.
  Everything was very clean and tidy!
  Lady at the breakfast was super nice. Other staff as well (guy at the reception doesn’t smile much as you can see in some of other comments, but super nice guy)
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast that was included in price was literally a piece of bread and tea. So you need to upgrade it every time for ~60 pesos to get eggs.
  A/C was very loud and from time to time it smelled very bad.
  Rooms are much smaller than in photos, so if you are higher than 180cm, you might find the bed a bit short.

  This hotel has a great location that is in the middle of CDMX. The hotel staff is nice. The hotel seemed clean and well kept.
  
  What could be improved: We did not like the street the hotel is located on. The hotel is the nicest business on the street. The rest of the street is rough. The AC in our room was very loud. We asked for someone to look at it. We never received word that it was looked at, and the offered solution was a fan but we never received a fan. We didn’t really want a fan because we tried opening the window, and the air was not fresh even in the middle of the night. The air smells like vehicle exhaust. This hotel did not feel like a 4-star hotel.
