  Never like the buffet can be better
  
  What could be improved: Good pleasant can be better food for the price do not sen d your clothes to the laundry they do not do a good job they destroy my wife favorite sueter ok

  What could be improved: The restaurant food was not that fresh and the cleaning of the shower device- the water was spilled everywhere because of the lack of cleaning.

  Location was very good. The rooms were always kept very clean and the included breakfast we had was pretty decent.
  
  What could be improved: Staff was not entirely friendly. A couple of times our keys were not working so I had to go to reception to get this fixed more than once. The AC in the room was leaking whenever it was working. I reported this issue but was not fixed and we were not offered to switch rooms. The carpet had a long time stain showing that this issue has been there for a long time but hasnt been repaired

  Location was good. Price was good. Bar was excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Outdated rooms and facilitate. Room key was always dis-activated by itself even for a couple of hours outside the room. Several times had to go back to the reception to activate the room key. Shower door was uneven and a great amount of water stood out of the shower to the bathroom floor every time the shower was used.

  Breakfast was great service was the best!
  
  What could be improved: The green plants that surround every floor of the inner courtyard need to be watered AND the plants are covered in dust, they need to spend some time cleaning the plants leaves every 3 or 4 months, when you enter the building you can actually see how dusty and dirty these plants are , this is important given the plants are a main feature of this hotel.
