  Al llegar te atienden super amable, siempre son atentos con todo lo que necesites, las camas son super cómodas, tenia que no dormía super bien en un hotel, si tengo que ir a esa zona de la ciudad de México totalmente seria una opción regresar.

  Location was good, but staff was great, enjoyed our stay! Location is great because it's in the middle of things you'd want to go to, if you're okay with walking a lot!
  
  What could be improved: First night we were at the front of the hotel, this was a bit noisy and we could smell exhaust fumes throughout. We moved after one night, after that it was a lot better.

  The room was spacious and renovated very simply not for a 4 star hotel especially the cheap curtains!
  and the king size bed was good but hard They gave us a high floor and a view for my room I appreciate this from the front desk.
  Markos at the restaurant was good and friendly and we liked the dishes he cooked at breakfast
  Without his dishes we couldn't find anything to eat at breakfast Which is the same menu without any changes
  The location is good but I realize I need to rent cars to go to nearby attractions Maybe it's better to book in downtown

  The price is good but I feel that is not equal to what I got for a 4 star hotel

  What could be improved: It’s falsely advertised with air con, it’s just a fan which is very weak so the room was hot. The beds were very hard.
