  Friendly staff who spoke English quite well.
  Good location with a short walk to the metro station, coffee and pastry shops, restaurants, etc.
  Large room and kitchenette.
  
  What could be improved: We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear the street traffic noise a bit.

  I liked that we got a free taxi ride from the airport when we arrived.

  A nine day stay in a suite, 3rd floor, through Christmas and NYE. Location is in a nice and safe neighborhood, Zona Rosa. A 20 minute walk to Chapultepec Castle (Museo Nacional de Historia), Museo Nacional de Anthropologia (sun disc, Olmec Heads, Palanque tomb cover and jade mask, more…). Booked the Teotihuacan/Plaza de las Tres Culturas/Basillica de Guadalupe/ElJaguarRestuarant tour at the hotel. They pick you up right in front of the hotel. Great overall experience. Room (and Hotel) was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. Hotel food was decent, but plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance too; El Corazon del Mar Roma, Jayi, Mythos
  
  What could be improved: Initial room had a temperamental AC unit. They moved me into a different suite….problem solved..
