  tiene buena ubicación, el lugar está confortable y limpio.
  
  What could be improved: El personal que esta en la recepción es muy cortante para atender y tuvimos un detalle con la pantalla, estaba desprogramada y no se logró resolver el problema.

  What could be improved: Avoid booking this place at all costs. Communication with the host was extremely difficult, and they showed no regard for the actual needs or circumstances of their guests. The entire management team, including the host, was cold and dismissive when asked anything beyond the basic booking process. Overall, their properties are very poorly managed.

  My check out was 11:00 am, but my flight was at 18:00, I checked out on time but asked if they could at least hold my luggage so that I pick it closer to time for airport trip, they completely refused. I found that very insensitive and inconsiderate. Otherwise the stay was good
