  La ubicación, a pasos de Reforma. Cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes.
  
  What could be improved: Estuve en un piso dos, por lo que llegaba el ruido de los bocinazos. Recomiendo mantener las ventanas cerradas y usar el aire acondicionado en caso de mucho calor. Además, dejan tapones para que puedas descansar.

  Me gusta llegar con ustedes pero este viaje tuve que soportar la descompostura del aire acondicionado que hacía un ruido enorme que no dejaba ni dormir, y con mucho calor enorme la habitación y aunque lo reporte de jueves a martes siguiente nunca lo repararon.
  
  What could be improved: Eso la falta de mantenimiento al equipo de aire y que no tenía ventilador como otros departamentos en la misma torre.

  La ubicación es muy buena, y el espacio para la alberca y mesas funciona bien para disfrutar . El acceso fue muy fácil y el personal muy amable

  We liked the terrace. They terrace views are beautiful.
  
  What could be improved: Our room seemed very dirty. Floors had not been seeped or mopped. We picked up lots of animal fur on the ground. I ended up sweeping and mopping myself so we wouldn’t get dust and fur on the bed. Another big issue for me was the water. It smelled like sewer. I couldn’t even wash my hands. It smelled very strong. We used our own store bought water to shower and wash our hands, brush our teeth. The large windows are nice but seemed see through.
