  Big studio, lovely balcony, and spacious bathroom. Perfect for short-term stays up to a few weeks. You can get cheap ubers everywhere, or just bike using the EcoBici that's next door to Londres 256.
  Staff is available pretty much 24/7 via Whatsapp
  
  What could be improved: It gets a bit loud due to traffic, even with the windows closed.
  Wynwood does provide noice cancellation plugs which make it better.
  I don't have many problems getting to sleep so it was ok.

  Modern studio apartment, well located, nearby restaurants and transit
  
  What could be improved: Check-in took time as Wynwood misplaced our reservation and passport info, so we didn't know the room number or code. Security staff were not in charge of this. Communication was difficult. Luckily a guest was able to communicate with Wynwood and the reservation was found, and we were given access to our apartment.

  What could be improved: I needed to go out and buy my own toilet paper and water and also take out my own trash.

  The apartment is located near a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. The place is spacious and comfortable with decent amenities.
  
  What could be improved: There is no front desk to help checking in and out of the place. Everything was done via emails but they sent duplicate emails for guest information and ID verification in Spanish and English. Eventhough, I submitted the responses, I continue to get the emails. The worst part is that I did not get the email with information to access the property upon arrival. The security guard doesn't speak English and I had a hard time accessing the property. After contacting the property management, I received a text with the information on how to access the apartment and WiFi info. Etc. Via Whatsapp. However, it's only in Spanish and I wasnt able to copy and paste the content to translate to English. In addition, security closes the metal gate to access the building during off hours and I wasn't able to use my code to access the building. Also, the code can't be used to access the gym. Overall, it's an inconvenience and hassle to go in and out of the building and the gym.

  The location is really goof with a lot of restaurants, places to go around it.
  
  What could be improved: We did not have the card available to access the roof top, or the gym, or any other of the commom areas of the building. I requested the front desk man to allow me to access thoses places and he told me he could not do it, so, the only night I wanted to sit at the roof top and have a wine I was not able to.
  Also, the description of my room said (1 separate bedroom), and the bedroom was in the same area as the living room.
  The shower was great for short baths, after 5 min the water turned cold, and we ha to turn off the water, wait a bit and turn it back on.
  
  But what bothered me the most was that I reserved the place for me and 4 friends a few weeks in advance, and it was only a few day before our stay that they started requesting my documents, such as pictures of my passsport and picture of my credit card. I understand that those were for security reasons, but this should be informed in advance, as I did not feel confortable sending pictures of those through whats app, but if I did not send them, they would not give me the code acesss to the room.
  
  Also, we arrived 1 hour before check in and we were not alowed in the room, so plan to get the on time.

  The apartment is big and nice except the bed. Honestly is one of the worst beds I’ve sleep in mi life cause the mattress is like the old ones with springs HORRIBLE!
  
  What could be improved: The mattress is pretty bad I can believe how uncomfortable springs are. Please invest in a memory foam mattress

  The apartment is amazing. Good taste is the furniture design. Comfortable bed. The view, with the trees next to the balcony, gives comfort.
  
  What could be improved: Check-in could be improved. All the communication is through the App. This is an apartment building and therefore the front desk personnel is not in charge of the check-in. I arrived at the building and did not have any instructions so I had to call the number given in the reservation, so without rooming service or wifi available it will be very difficult to get in touch.
