Reviews of Lumina at Noma Condesa Mexico City

  • Ninaindenmark from Denmark – 24 April 2025 (8/10)

The place was beautiful and comfortable.

What could be improved: No daylight. Couldn't leave my luggage after check out. Staff was not too helpful

  • Mark from Canada – 5 March 2025 (9/10)

    Great location we walked everywhere.

  • Samuel from Netherlands – 24 December 2024 (8/10)

All Digitial contact and it worked. Very central location. Much bigger apartment than expected. Nice rooftop.

What could be improved: The living room is 5cm/2.5 inches below the bathroom and bedroom. I smashed my foot into it causing my toenail to fall off. Kind of dangerous as the side panneling makes it blend into the floor. Additionally, bathroom was ok. Drain struggled to work. Hallway in the staircase carries noise from other rooms even when the doors are closed.

  • Velba from United States – 2 December 2024 (8/10)

    Location and it was clean

What could be improved: I was on the ground floor, so I kept the shades down for privacy but no natural light. Also the key pad at both doors doesn’t automatically show up with one push. I had to try different times.

  • Emma from Australia – 28 November 2024 (8/10)

Excellent location, very close to bars a restaurants. The area felt very relaxed and tranquil in the day time. Easy to get around on foot or with Uber. Very comfortable apartment for 2 people. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Felt very safe and looked after.

What could be improved: A little noisy at times due to the surrounding areas or other guests. Hot water lasts only 10 minutes but that appears normal for Mexico!

  • Pei-ling from Singapore – 18 November 2024 (9/10)

Safe location and close to many cafes and restaurants. Walmart and the Michelin guide taco restaurant is less than 10min walk away! Free use of washing machine and dryer, but to note that it is not inside the apartment but on the top floor of the compound. Tip to others, to bring liquid detergent as it is a top load machine!

What could be improved: Slightly cold at night

  • Catherine from United Kingdom – 2 November 2024 (7/10)

    Clean and safe. Comfortable bed

What could be improved: On a couple of occasions the hot water ran out after a few minutes in the shower

  • Maria from United States – 23 September 2024 (8/10)

The location was great. Easy check in no keys to carry around .

What could be improved: No elevator but not a deal breaker.

  • Estela from Brazil – 7 March 2024 (8/10)

It is great that they leave olive oil, salt and sugar. The bed is confortable.

What could be improved: The stairs. We did not know that we will be on the 3rd floor and that are stairs. It would be kind to inform people before.

  • Nicolas from Germany – 16 December 2023 (9/10)

The apartment lies in a quiet and cozy Condesa neighbourhood but there are plenty of nice cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed for one week and the apartment was super clean, the bed very comfy and the safe made us feel even more comfortable. The housekeeping service and the on-site laundry facilities were exceptional. Communication with the lumina staff was friendly, fast and they helped us with everything we needed.

What could be improved: Some kitchen facilities, as a pasta drainer or a kitchen board, were missing.
